All that we do at Evangelical Reader is covered in prayer and the hope of God’s blessing.  If we reach only one person with the Good News then we have accomplished our mission.  The mission message is:

· Jesus died for all of our sins: past, present and future and has paid the price for us.

· If you sincerely want a relationship with Christ you can have one if you will:

1. confess your sins to Christ and decide to try to sin no more, and if you

2. Believe in your heart that Jesus resurrected from the dead and, if you will

3. Declare, in truth, that Jesus is your Savior, and the Lord of your life.  The kind of belief we are speaking of is not just intellectual affirmation, but a true change in your heart.  A heart focused on God, others and then yourself.

        

         Our purpose at Evangelical Reader is to honor  God by spreading the truth of His Word, the Bible, and thereby strengthening individual relationships between the reader and Jesus. 

 

         We have a preference for subjects focused on the above and that are well grounded, and referenced, from a Biblical perspective.  We hope the material will be a blessing for all who read it and will help each reader become closer to Christ.

     You may copy, read or download any of our hosted online publications. You may store the online publications for your personal or teaching or ministerial use only.  Any reproduction, re-publication, sales, or any use of our online publications beyond personal, scholarly or clerical use is prohibited by law.  No membership or payment of any kind is requested and no special software is required.

Our Mission

Jesus

We invite you to contribute your prayer requests and praise reports.  We encourage mission programs that have web sites to link to this site and we will install links to other web sites discussing any Christian missions or mission opportunities.  We have links to several Christian libraries where the Holy Bible and other scholarly Christian writings and research resources can be explored.  We will print poems, fiction, articles and devotionals that glorify God and promote the great commission.  We will post links to any evangelical Christian churches so that seekers and believers can get connected to the Body of Christ.  There is no charge for copying or downloading any material on this site and no charge for posting material on this site.  The site is supported by solely by advertising which has been screened to be appropriate.
